Local Business Owner & Former South Ave Student Gives Back

Image result for a& a redemption centerA South Avenue alum is turning trash into treasure for the PTA!

Prince Singh, the owner of A&A Redemption Center in Fishkill, attended South Avenue and now has two daughters there. Because of his lifelong connection to the school, Mr. Singh has decided to donate all profits from bottle and can returns made on behalf of South Avenue.

This means that for every bottle and can we either drop off at A&A on behalf of South Avenue, or bring into the school on PTA recycling collection days, the PTA will receive the full amount for those items.

Even if just a handful of South Ave. families turn in their recyclables, it’ll add up to a big chunk of change over time! Participating is easy: just look for the deposit label on your recyclable bottles and cans. Then bring those into school on one of our PTA collection days, or take them directly to the redemption center at 794 Rte 52 in Fishkill.

Thank you, Mr. Singh, for giving back to your hometown school!
